The platform supports two primary ways of raising capital.
(1) Investment: Your investors will fund the entire investment amount upfront. This is a common practice for specified asset offerings and a popular way to raise capital for projects.
(2) Commitment: Your investors will fund a portion of their commitment upfront and then you will use capital calls to drawn down the rest of the commitment over time. This is a common practice for funds and especially blind pool funds.
