When your investor clicks the "Invest Now" button they will go through a four step investment process:


Step 1 - Diligence (Investor certifies they have reviewed docs and have necessary information to make investment)


Step 2 - Invest (Investor indicates how they are investing and how much)


Step 3 - eSign Documents (Investor signs your subscription document)


Step 4 - Fund Investment (Investor is presented with funding instructions and tells you how they plan to fund)


All Investment requests will be pending by default. 


Once you review your investor's subscription documents and have received their funds, then you mark their investment as "Approved". This will trigger the "Investment Approved" email from your Settings > User Notifications.


When your investor completes Step 2 they will automatically receive the "Investment Request" email listed in your Settings > User Notifications which includes the funding instructions.
