Self Verify

Upon registration users will be asked if they are accredited. This form of accreditation is called "Self Verification" and is displayed on the Leads page under the "Self Acc" column. This form of verifi is common in Reg D 506(b) offerings. 


3rd Party 

This form of verification commonly involves a letter from a 3rd party like a CPA to verify the accreditation of your investor. Sites like VerifyInvestor.com also help streamline this process. SyndicationPro will soon support the VerifyInvestor API so it will be automated in the investment process. This is helpful for Reg D 506(c) offerings. 


You can instruct your investors to complete their accredited verification using the "Investment Request" notification email in your settings. You can include the direct link if your using a service like VerifyInvestor, or other instructions, so that when an investor submits a request, they will receive the instructions to complete the verification. 

Once they complete this step, you and/or your investor can upload the verification document to their profile and mark their accredited verification complete. Here are two screenshots below where you can do this:
